There are a number of strategies that can help them manage and reduce stress at an individual level; for example, indulging in physical activities, optimal nutrition, and sleep. In light of studies showing that physician burnout negatively affects patient care, healthcare leaders are now searching for ways to help their doctors enjoy practicing medicine again and their patients getting the attention they deserve.
